ინსტიტუტის სამეცნიერო საბჭოს თავმჯდომარემ, პროფესორმა ქეთევან გიგაშვილმა მონაწილეობა მიიღო გერმანიის ქალაქ კიოლნში გამართულ ორდღიან კონგრესში '2nd International Congress of Bilingualism Studies and European Turks (BISET-2019)', რომელიც ჩატარდა 2019 წლის 10-11 ოქტომბერს. მან წაიკითხა ორი მოხსენება:  'Reflections of Language Power: Social and Linguistic Contexts (with the Example of the Tsovatush-Georgian Language Pair)' და 'The 19th Century Texts as the Material for Bilingual Researches (According to the New Georgian Scholarly Editions'.
